Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 201 Establishing a Senate Special                                             
Committee on Natural Gas Development, which had been held on the                                    
Secretary's desk (page 3526) be taken up. Without objection, SENATE
